
ArmInfo. Armenian agricultural products and mineral water may appear on the Omani market. This issue became the subject of discussions held between the Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Armenia Arman Khojoyan and the representative of the SABCO group of companies of the Sultanate of Oman, the General Director of the National Company for the Production of Mineral Water, which is part of the group, Samir Al-Baluchi.
According to the Ministry of Economy's press service, the meeting discussed the possibility of exporting Armenian processed products to the Omani market, ensuring their long-term presence, and using Oman as a logistics hub.
Arman Khojoyan noted that diversifying export markets is one of the key priorities of the Armenian government, and that Armenia has great potential to become a reliable partner for Oman.
The parties expressed confidence that the agreements reached during the meeting on issues of mutual interest will serve as a solid foundation for the adoption of practical measures to expand bilateral cooperation.
During their visit to Armenia, representatives of the SABCO Group of Companies also plan to meet with representatives of several local companies producing mineral water, juices, and canned goods.
