ArmInfo. By the decision of Prime Minister Pashinyan, Tatev Aslanyan has been appointed Deputy Minister of High-Tech Industry of Armenia. Aslanyan holds a degree from Erasmus University Rotterdam (Netherlands).
According to the ministry, from 2025-2026, Tatev Aslanyan served as co-founder, chief executive officer (CEO), and chief AI architect of SeleneX, a healthcare technology company (HealthTech/BioTech). The company is based on artificial intelligence, focusing on early diagnosis of ovarian cancer, personalized treatment, and post-treatment care. Tatev Aslanyan leads an international team of over 12 engineers and 17 PhD candidates, including leading oncologists, radiologists, and clinical specialists. 2023-2026 - LunarTech, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The company's educational programs reach over 50,000 students in 144 countries.
