According to the rules, once a participant wins, they cannot be named a winner again for the following three months and are eligible only for an encouragement prize. Nevertheless, this time as well, we had participants receiving encouragement prizes who were genuinely happy with those awards too,” noted Tatevik Vardevanyan.
