"Old Yerevan" Project:
Designed as a distinct historical and cultural quarter in the center of the capital, the initiative recreates the architectural look of late 19th- and early 20th-century Yerevan. Bounded by Abovyan, Aram, Buzand, and Koghbatsi streets, the project involves relocating and meticulously restoring authentic historical buildings and architectural fragments using archival materials. The complex will integrate multi-level subterranean and surface spaces, residential apartments, commercial zones, restaurants, and cultural venues, blending historical heritage with a modern urban environment.
