David Khudatyan, Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure (MTAI) of Armenia, made this statement when introducing the newly appointed State Property Management Committee Chairman David Tavadyan to the staff.
According to the press service of the Ministry, Khudatyan congratulated Tavadyan on his appointment and wished him fruitful work during the meeting, emphasizing the importance of efficient and responsible state property management. According to him, the proper execution of the tasks assigned to the State Property Management Committee requires consistent work, the application of modern management approaches, and continuous steps toward a more efficient use of state assets.
In turn, Tavadyan expressed gratitude for the appointment, noting that while he lacks experience working within the state system, he clearly understands the tasks facing the committee and the nature of the work. He mentioned the need for consistent efforts to increase the profitability of state property and to implement effective mechanisms aimed at resolving existing problems.
The minister also thanked Arnak Avetisyan for leading the State Property Management Committee in recent years, as well as Gevorg Babayan for serving as acting chairman of the committee over the past six months and properly organizing the work.
