ArmInfo. Armenian businesses show little drive toward economic diversification, as stated by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a government meeting on August 13.
According to Pashinyan, while the government has emphasized the need for economic diversification for the past eight years, programs designed to advance this goal are practically ineffective. He noted that this stagnation is largely due to a lack of initiative and interest from the business community itself.
"No matter how much we talk about this, businesses themselves must understand that they need to constantly adapt to a changing environment," the Prime Minister stated.
