ArmInfo. Within a few weeks, the government will decide whether to recognize the public's overriding interest in 100% of the shares of Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA) CJSC, as stated by Romanos Petrosyan, ENA Interim Manager, to reporters.
Speaking to reporters, Petrosyan clarified that this upcoming decision will establish the procedure and guidelines for a licensed resident company to assess ENA's market value over the next few months. Once completed, the owner will be officially notified, and the state will await their response.
"According to the established procedure, this process should result in the owner being paid compensation equal to the company's market value plus a 15% premium," Petrosyan stated, adding that there is currently no direct contact with the owners.
