Major UAE construction holding eyes large-scale projects in Armenia

ArmInfo.  Trojan Construction Holding, a prominent construction firm based in the UAE,  has expressed strong interest in implementing large-scale development  projects in Armenia. This was stated by Ahmed Al Shamsi, Group CEO of  Trojan Construction Holding, during a meeting with Yerevan Mayor  Tigran Avinyan. The discussion focused on urban planning initiatives  of mutual investment interest, particularly those aimed at  modernizing the capital's infrastructure.

Discussing projects for the reconstruction of urban neighborhoods,  the construction of residential complexes, and urban improvement,  Tigran Avinyan  introduced several high-priority projects to the  delegation, emphasizing their potential to reshape the city's  landscape. He presented the guests with a project for the  reconstruction of the Noragyugh neighborhood, which, he said, would  become the new center of Yerevan. The mayor noted that the growing  trust of international businesses in Yerevan once again confirms the  capital's consistent strengthening as an attractive hub for  investment, innovation, and international cooperation.

During the discussion, the parties also touched on the construction  of the Promenade complex and the development of the Dalma Gardens,  which are expected to give a new impetus to the development of  Yerevan's public spaces, creating a modern, comfortable, and  attractive environment for residents and tourists.

He reaffirmed that the city remains open to collaborating with  investors on projects that deliver mutual benefits and contribute to  urban sustainability.
