The Armenian delegation briefed the European Commission on the current economic situation, specifically regarding recent restrictions imposed on Armenian goods. The Armenian side expressed appreciation for the support already provided by the European Union and its member states and outlined further steps to mitigate these challenges.
To support local producers, the Armenian government has implemented several initiatives to facilitate exports to European markets, including the compensation of transport costs and customs duties.
Following the meeting, the parties agreed to continue working together to strengthen Armenia's economic resilience and find new markets for Armenian products.
