
ArmInfo.The total revenue of audit firms in Armenia reached approximately 16.2 billion drams in 2025, marking an 18% increase over the previous year, according to a market study released by Grant Thornton Armenia.
The analysis highlights a significant concentration of market share among international players. More than 10% of the industry's total revenue was generated by the four major international firms operating in the country: Grant Thornton Armenia, EY (Ernst & Young) Armenia, KPMG Armenia, BDO Armenia.
As of May 2026, 33 organizations are authorized to conduct audit activities in the Republic of Armenia, 30 of which have already published their financial statements for 2025.
As of May 2026, there are 33 organizations authorized to provide auditing services in the Republic of Armenia. Of these, 30 firms have already made their 2025 financial statements public. The Grant Thornton study was based on a comprehensive review of: financial statements published on the official websites of authorized auditing firms; lists of client organizations that underwent mandatory and voluntary audits; and other publicly available industry data.
