
ArmInfo. The third stage of the Plug and Play international startup support program, implemented with the support of the Ministry of High-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia, has launched in Yerevan.
The press service of the Ministry of High-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia reported that Mkhitar Hayrapetyan, Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Hakob Arshakyan, as well as representatives of the tech sector, international mentors, and key players in the startup ecosystem, attended the event.
Welcoming the participants, Minister Hayrapetyan congratulated them on the launch of the program and emphasized the key role of such initiatives in the development of Armenia's tech ecosystem.
The 18 startups selected through the program will participate in a three-month pre-acceleration phase, the goal of which is to refine their ideas and prepare them for entering international markets. Participants will have the opportunity to work with experienced international mentors, gain practical knowledge and connections, and join Plug and Play's global network. The following startups are participating in the pre- acceleration phase: Bleenk, FIGURINGS, Empy.ai, Tedly, abda AI, Inc., SafeGround Technologies, Salute AI, LexAI, Uray Technologies, Ethery Tech, JAN DIGITRUST, RUXEN, Megaladata, AgenticFi, BeeSync, Dhomie, Muvia Inc., and BeautyFlo B.V.
As part of the partnership between the Ministry of High-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia and Plug and Play, two stages of the program have been successfully implemented since 2024, involving approximately 40 startups. The key goals of the initiative are to develop the Armenian startup ecosystem, expand international ties, and continuously improve the competitiveness of local teams.
