ArmInfo. On April 16, the RA Deputy Prime Minister, Mher Grigoryan, received Olivier Decottignies, the French Ambassador to Armenia.
According to the government's press service, at the beginning of the meeting, the Deputy Prime Minister highlighted the rich and dynamic agenda of Armenian-French bilateral relations, which is evident in high- level reciprocal visits. In this context, the upcoming European Political Community summit in Yerevan and the French President's visit within its framework were discussed.
The potential for developing cooperation between the two countries in areas of mutual interest were discussed, with a particular emphasis on the importance of cooperation in the defense sector. Mher Grigoryan stressed the importance of involving French companies in the Armenian economy and expanding trade and economic relations between the two countries.
