ArmInfo. Team Holding, with the support of the investment company Freedom Broker Armenia, has completed the placement of its USD-denominated bonds with an annual coupon yield of 8.75%.
The placement attracted both individual and institutional investors, including companies from the banking, investment, and high-tech sectors. This demonstrates a diversified structure of investment demand and a positive momentum in the development of the local capital market.
Team Holding’s bonds represent a long-term investment instrument aimed at financing the company’s infrastructure and technology projects. The company’s strategy is focused on developing digital infrastructure, implementing new technologies, and delivering projects that create tangible economic value.
The second phase was launched against the backdrop of already established market interest and positive investor response. The terms of the USD-denominated bonds placed within the second phase were as follows: total nominal volume of USD 10 million; nominal value per bond of USD 100; annual coupon yield of 8.75%; maturity of 48 months; and quarterly coupon payments.
The bond issuance prospectus of Team Holding was registered by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia under Decision No. 1/417A dated November 19, 2025.
