Russia increases agricultural exports to Armenia

ArmInfo.By the end of 2025, Russian agricultural exports to Armenia exceeded $470 million, marking an 18%  increase compared to 2024. This is evidenced by data from Rosstat.

The growth was reflected not only in value but also in physical  volume. Total shipments reached nearly 530,000 tons, an 11% rise from  the previous year, as reported by the federal center "Agroexport,"  citing expert estimates. Wheat and chocolate confectionery were the  key export items, each accounting for 10% of revenue.

The top 5 also included: sunflower oil (7%), flour confectionery  (6%), and margarine (6%). Russia also supplies poultry, pork, sauces,  confectionery products containing sugar, pasta, and other  agricultural products to Armenia. Analysts point to a consistent  long-term upward trajectory; between 2020 and 2025, Russia's  agricultural export revenue from the Armenian market grew by  approximately 1.6 times.
