
ArmInfo. The 9th meeting of the EU-Armenia Subcommittee on Energy, Transport, Environment, Climate, and Civil Protection took place in Brussels. The Armenian delegation was led by Armen Simonyan, Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Armenia, and the EU delegation was chaired by Deren Derya, Head of the European External Action Service.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Armenia, the meeting discussed developments in energy, transport, civil protection, climate, and the environment. Additionally, the progress of Armenia-EU cooperation and EU support programs were also addressed. The parties reaffirmed their commitment to continuing and deepening cooperation between Armenia and the EU aimed at promoting sustainable development, strengthening institutional capacity and enhancing regional resilience.
