ArmInfo. Armenia and Vietnam discussed prospects for increasing bilateral trade turnover.
According to an official report, the issue was discussed at a meeting between Armenian Ambassador Suren Baghdasaryan and Vietnamese Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade, Co-Chair of the Armenia-Vietnam Intergovernmental Commission on Economic, Scientific, and Technical Cooperation, Phan Thi Thanh.
The parties discussed the dates for the second intergovernmental session in Yerevan and a number of issues related to the bilateral agenda.
They also touched on prospects for increasing bilateral trade turnover between Armenia and Vietnam, emphasizing the significant potential for cooperation in a number of areas, including textiles, agriculture, information technology and innovative technologies, science, and education.
