ArmInfo.Armenia was honored with the "Spirit of Travel" award at the 32nd International Tourism and Hospitality Industry Exhibition MITT 2026, as reported by the press service of the Russian Embassy in Armenia, citing the exhibition's results.
MITT 2026 took place from March 11 to 13 in Moscow and brought together over 900 participants from 40 countries. "MITT is not only one of the largest tourism events in Russia, but also a truly vibrant ecosystem for tourism industry experts to connect directly with clients and partners," the Russian diplomatic mission noted in a statement.
Recall, according to the RA Statistical Committee, 921,704 tourists from Russia visited Armenia in 2025, which is 1.7% lower than the same period last year.
