
ArmInfo. Armenia is establishing cooperation with leading French research centers. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of High-Tech Industry, citing the results of the visit of a ministry delegation led by Minister of High-Tech Industry Mkhitar Hayrapetyan to Grenoble, France.
In particular, the delegation met with representatives of the CEA-Leti research center and the Minalogic cluster.
The purpose of the visit was to establish high-level partnerships with leading French research and industrial centers and discuss the possibility of implementing joint projects with Armenia in the fields of semiconductors and electronics.
During the meeting, the minister noted that Armenia intends to become a regional technology hub, promoting the development of research, engineering solutions, and innovative manufacturing. He emphasized the need to expand scientific and industrial cooperation between Armenia and France, noting the importance of establishing professional ties, scientific and educational exchanges, and developing joint research projects.
At the end of the discussions, the parties emphasized the importance of implementing joint initiatives and deepening their partnership. Furthermore, agreements were reached on further developing potential areas of cooperation.
