ArmInfo. The Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Armenia, David Khudatyan, received the Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Armenia, Petr Pirunchik.
During the meeting, the parties discussed several issues on the bilateral agenda, including cooperation opportunities in the field of solid household waste processing. They also pointed out the need to launch direct flights between Yerevan and Prague, which will greatly contribute to the development of tourism. David Khudatyan highlighted the significance of the existing effective cooperation with the Czech Republic. It should be noted that according to the RA Statistical Committee, 4,596 tourists from the Czech Republic visited Armenia in January-September 2024. This is 2.4% higher than the figure for the previous year.
