The INGO Armenia insurance company decided to switch to an emergency mode of remote servicing, based on social responsibility to customers and taking  into account the government decision to introduce an emergency. This  was reported by the press service of INGO Armenia IC, while  simultaneously notifying that all employees of the insurance company  will work from home, ensuring uninterrupted workflow.

The relevant statement describes how to proceed step-by-step on the  IC INGO Armenia website for electronic filing of applications for  getting CTP insurance compensation:

1. In the field of the CTP Agreement, you need to open the  application form for compensation; 2. Fill out the necessary lines in  the application;

3. Send the completed application along with other necessary  documents to the e-mail address [email protected] (unsigned  version of the application is also accepted), or by Viber to the  number 044 410723;

4. The following documents must be attached to the application:  Passport or ID card and social card of the car owner; Vehicle  registration certificate or certificate of inheritance; Passport,  social card and driver's license (if the car was not parked);  Documents of administrative proceedings and the conclusion of the  examination; Photos from the scene; Power of attorney (if the  applicant is not the owner of the car); If the car is listed on the  balance sheet of the enterprise, then you need to submit a  certificate of state registration, and indicate the current account;  Power of attorney, if the application is submitted not by the  director of the enterprise.  For more information, you can call the  round-the-clock Contact Center of   IC at 010 59 21 21.
