According to him, Azerbaijan may actually be re-exporting a third-country gasoline to Armenia via Georgia, gasoline that is imported to Armenia via the Black Sea or Upper Lars, and then through Georgian infrastructure. |

Note, that since October of this year, when Baku lifted restrictions on cargo transit to Armenia, Pashinyan has never missed an opportunity to express gratitude to Aliyev for this decision. In the Armenian interbank foreign exchange market from December 15 to 19, 2025, there was a notable shift in currency transactions: dollar and ruble transactions decreased, while euro transactions reemerged after a seven month hiatus. Specifically, dollar transactions saw a reversal from a 3.2-fold increase to a 74.2% decline, while ruble transactions continued to decline, albeit at a slower rate of 45.3% to 9.4%. |
