ArmInfo.The Tufenkian Foundation is building a new neighborhood in the village of Svarants, Syunik Province, to resettle 20 families from Artsakh. The 4 hectares of land designated for the neighborhood were allocated to the foundation by the Tatev Municipality.

On October 2, at its regular session, the Armenian government adopted a draft law providing for the redistribution and amendment of the RA Law "On the  State Budget for 2025" and "On Amending and Supplementing the  Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Armenia No. 2060-N of  December 27, 2024" <in connection with the need to ensure the normal  operations of the National Security Service of the Republic of  Armenia>.

ArmInfo. From the beginning of 2025 through September 29, Armenia exported 121,800 tons of fresh fruits and vegetables. This is 13,600 tons, or 12.2%, more than in the same period last year, as stated by Economy Minister Gevorg  Papoyan during a regular government session on October 2.

ArmInfo.The Armenian government approved the draft decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia "On Approval of the Agreement on Cross-Border Admission to Placement and Circulation of Securities in on-exchange Trading within the EAEU States, during its regular session on October 2. 

ArmInfo.In 2025, approximately 97 billion drams ($252 million) will be required for income tax refunds to mortgage holders. This was announced by State Revenue  Committee (SRC) Chairman Eduard Hakobyan at a government meeting,  during which an additional 12.6 billion drams (approximately $33  million) was allocated for the program, in addition to the initially  planned 84 billion drams ($218 million).

ArmInfo. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's stance on unblocking communications in the region, including the construction of a corridor from Azerbaijan to Nakhichevan, remains unchanged, as stated by the Armenian leader, in response  to a question from Lilit Minasyan, a member of parliament  from the ruling Civil Contract faction, during  a government hour in  the National Assembly on October 1,
