ArmInfo. In order to protect economic competition, a unified register of state assistance will be formed in Armenia. Amendments to the Law on the Protection of  Economic Competition in the second and final reading were approved at  a parliament meeting on January 24.

ArmInfo.At a meeting on January 23, the Armenian government approved the Strategy and measures to increase the efficiency of the use of agricultural land.    As RA Minister of Economy Tigran Khachatryan noted in his speech,  within the framework of the Strategy, it is envisaged to carry out 8  activities, of which they will be implemented before the end of the  second quarter of 2020, and the rest within 2-3 years. It is  envisaged, in particular, to complete the process of mapping land of  agricultural importance, evaluate it, identify the amount of unused  land, offer farmers, depending on the region, to sow specific crops  on the used areas, conduct periodic monitoring of land use  efficiency. In this regard, it is also envisaged to create an  electronic platform on which all legal acts, including legislative  ones, will be placed. The proposed activities, as noted by the  Minister, will increase interest in this type of business, as well as  improve the quality of land use.

ArmInfo. Armenian "Dustr Marianna" company will receive benefits for the import of milk cream from Iran. The decision on this was made at a meeting of the RA  Government on January 23.

ArmInfo.A possible increase in the cost of gas for the Armenian consumer, according to my calculations, will not exceed 4-4.5%. MP of the National Assembly of  Armenia from the 'My Step" bloc Hayk Gevorgyan expressed a similar  opinion to ArmInfo.

The Parliament of Armenia is discussing amendments to the Civil Code, with which it is planned to implement these standards.  According to Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank of the Republic of  Armenia Nerses Yeritsyan, we are talking about the application of  common universal standards.

According to the company's  website, in January it signed a partnership agreement with Grand Auto  LLC on the sale and servicing of ISUZU commercial vehicles in  Armenia. All of Russian- made ISUZU models will be delivered to  Armenia.
