ArmInfo.  Germany will support Armenia with 152 million euros in strategic cooperation areas until 2027- 2nd intergovernmental negotiations between Armenia and  Germany have been successfully completed, as noted in a statement  issued by the German Embassy in Armenia.

ArmInfo. As of October 31, 2025, tax revenues to the Armenian state treasury amounted to 2.240.5 bln drams, compared to the planned 2. 720.3 bln drams for the current  year, as reported by the Budget Office of the National Assembly.

ArmInfo.  As of the end of October, 82% of the tax revenues and state duties planned for 2025 have been secured, as stated by Eduard Hakobyan, Chairman of the  State Revenue Committee (SRC), during a government session on  November 6. He  noted that tax revenues had increased by 14%.

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan  stated this during a government session on November 6. The meeting  approved the allocation of approximately 8.5 billion drams to finance  construction work under Tranche 4 of the North-South Transport  Corridor investment program.

ArmInfo.  The grain supply situation is developing very dynamically. This was stated by RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan at a briefing on November 6.

ArmInfo. Armenia will now pay pensions exclusively by bank transfer. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan gave the order at a government meeting on November 6.  Pashinyan  noted that a decision had previously been made to pay pensions in  cash to citizens over 75.  However, he still can't understand why,  especially since he recently discovered that pension delivery people  are charging 500 drams for their "services."

ArmInfo.  The Armenian government has decided to allocate an additional 4 billion 371 million drams (approximately $11 million) to the Ministry of Defense. The  resolution was approved by the Cabinet of Ministers on November 6.

ArmInfo.  The Health Programs Implementation Office of the RA Ministry of Health has been appointed the body responsible for implementing the Universal Health Coverage Loan Program, financed by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development. The decision was approved by the Cabinet of Ministers on November 6 at its regular meeting.

ArmInfo.  A train carrying Kazakh grain has departed Azerbaijan for Armenia. According to Azerbaijani media, the train has already departed from Bilajari  station.

ArmInfo.  Direct rail service between Russia and Armenia through Azerbaijan and Georgia is a tangible contribution to peace in the South Caucasus and underscores a shared commitment to cooperation. Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexei Overchuk told reporters this, according to RIA Novosti.

ArmInfo.  Russia has made the first grain shipment to Armenia via a new railway route through Azerbaijan, the Russian Ministry of Agriculture told RIA Novosti.

ArmInfo. In October 2025,  Armenian consumer market saw higher inflation of 3.7% compared to October 2024 ( 0.6%). This was primarily due to rising prices in food products and services in the transportation, tourism, and beauty  salon sectors. Inflation for the first 10 months of 2025 was 1.4%  (compared to 0.8% deflation in the same period last year), showing a  more pronounced increase in prices for services than for food and  non-food items. According to the RA Statistical Committee, inflation  of 0.3% was recorded in October of this year alone (the same as the  previous year), driven by a 0.7% and 0.4% increase in food and  non-food prices, respectively, while service tariffs fell by 0.3%. In  Yerevan, consumer prices increased by 0.3% in October, compared to a  0.4% increase in October 2024.

ArmInfo.  Armenia's GDP is projected to reach 11. 934 billion drams in 2026, as stated by RA Minister of Finance Vahe Hovhannisyan during a November 5 meeting of the NA Committee on Financial, Credit, and Budgetary Affairs, when summarizing the outcomes of discussions in the National Assembly.

ArmInfo.  The South Caucasus Railway (SCR) and the Armenian Tourism Federation signed a Memorandum of Collaboration. The document was signed by SCR Director Alexey Melnikov and Chairman of the Armenian Tourism Federation Mekhak Apresyan on November 5 in Yerevan.  Prior to signing the document, the parties discussed the outcomes of new joint initiatives to develop rail tourism in Armenia.
