CBA revises its GDP forecast for 2022 from 5.3% down to 1.6%

ArmInfo. The Central Bank of Armenia (CBA) has revised its GDP forecast for 2022 from 5.3% down to 1.6% (against the actually recorded 5.7% GDP growth last year), with the exports and imports expected to decline by 1.8% and 0.1%  respectively, and inflation to reach 6.6%.

According to the latest data of the Budget Office of the National Assembly of Armenia, as of March 20, tax revenues and the state duty of the state budget of the  Republic of Armenia amounted to 322.1 billion drams, or 81.5% of the  planned indicator for Q12022 in the amount of 394.5 billion drams.

Alexander Ageev does not rule out possibility of creating tools for  general settlements in EAEU
