ArmInfo. In Q1 2022, 1,046 real estate purchase and sale transactions were made in Armenia by foreigners, which is 31.6% higher than a year ago. At the same time,  foreigners accounted for 8.6% of the total number of transactions  (instead of 7.2% a year earlier).

The average market price of apartments in the regions of Armenia in Q1 2022 compared to the same period in 2021 increased by 15.5%, with an increase of 5%  over the quarter, amounting to an average of 107.8 thousand drams / 1  sq.m. At the same time, transactions for the sale and purchase of  apartments in the regions increased by 31.1% y-o-y, 1453 transactions, demonstrating a decline of 5.9% over the quarter.
