ArmInfo. On June 26-30, 2023,  transactions in dollars and rubles increased sharply in the interbank  foreign exchange market of Armenia, while transactions in euros  ceased again. Moreover, during the reporting period, four dollars and  the same amount of rubles were transacted. In particular, the weekly  trend of dollar transactions increased 4.1-fold from a 40.6% decline,  the same trend was observed in ruble transactions, the dynamics of  which also increased 2.4-fold from a fall of 16.7%. As a result, the  total weekly volume of transactions in dollars began to dominate even  more than the total volume of transactions in rubles: 4-fold (against  2.3-fold per week).

Armenia`s gross international reserves increased by 19% per annum by June 2023 - up to $3.749 billion

ArmInfo. By June 2023, Armenia's gross international reserves (GIR) accelerated y-o-y growth from 4.7% to 19%, increasing in absolute terms by $597.4 million and reaching $3.749 billion, thereby approaching the historical maximum of $4.112 billion recorded at the end of 2022.  About this evidenced by the data of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, according to which in May of this year alone, GIR increased by 3.1% (or by $112 million), while in Jan-May it decreased by 8.8% (or by $363.1 million).

PSRC fines Electric Networks of Armenia for AMD 20 million
