ArmInfo. The 3rd Eurasian Economic Forum will take place in Yerevan from September 30 to  October 1.  As reported by the press service of the Eurasian Economic  Forum, the main theme of this year's event is "10 years of the EAEU:  prospects and priorities".  

ArmInfo. As of July 2024, the highest wages in Armenia were recorded in the information and  communication sector. According to the Statistical Committee of the  Republic of Armenia, as of the reporting date, the average salary of  specialists in this sector was 824.1,000 drams, which is 0.2% higher  than the previous year's figure.

ArmInfo. Sisak Gabrielyan, a member of the National Assembly of Armenia, is proposing to regulate  legal relations related to the sale of real estate that belonged to  non-profit organizations during the ASSR period. 

ArmInfo. In Armenia's foreign trade, Russia leads in imports at 63.6% and the UAE leads in exports  at 45.3% compared to 25.3% and 13% respectively from a year ago.   Their share in the total turnover has increased to 44.4% and 19.5%  from 36% and 5.2% a year earlier. This is evidenced by the data of  the RA Statistical Committee for January-July 2024.

ArmInfo. In 2023, shares of two state-owned companies were privatized, and the Isotope Production  Center CJSC was excluded from the "State Property Privatization  Program for 2017-2020," as stated by Arnak Avetisyan, head of the  State Property Management Committee, in parliament on September 9,  while presenting the draft law for the implementation of the program  for 2023 in the second reading.

ArmInfo. In Armenia's foreign trade, the share of precious metals and stones in imports and exports reached 69-55% in January-July 2024 (from 19-11% a year earlier), thereby increasing in total turnover from 14% to 61% over the year.

Nokia and Team Telecom Armenia open access to 25G PON services throughout Armenia.   As reported by the press service of the telecommunications company Team Telecom Armenia, Nokia announced today that Team Telecom Armenia has implemented its 25G PON fiber solution, making it one of the  first operators in the Caucasus and Central Asia regions to offer the highest internet speeds on the market.  

ArmInfo.In the period from January to August 2024 and from September 1 to 8, 2024, 6,285  electric vehicles have already been registered at zero customs duty. By the end of the year, another 1,115 vehicles may be imported to Armenia at a preferential tariff.

ArmInfo.The beneficiary of "The Power of One Dram" in August was Aren Mehrabyan Foundation. AMD 4,135,630 was transferred to the fund by Idram and IDBank in order to support households with pasture problems in Noyemberyan community of Tavush marz.

ArmInfo.An interagency commission will be formed in Armenia to support investment programs.  The decision to establish the commission was signed by RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

ArmInfo. Armenia's public debt growth rate has decreased from 13.8% to 8% annually, surpassing $12.3  billion (4.8 trillion drams) by August. This was due to a shift in  the trend of external debt growth from 4.1% to a 6% decline and a  slowdown in the increase of domestic debt from 31.2% to 24.5%.

ArmInfo. The Motor Insurers' Bureau of Armenia has announced an increase in the maximum damage  threshold under the Euro protocol to 400 thousand drams from the previous 200 thousand drams effective from September 18 of this year.
