China is ready to closely cooperate with Armenia in the energy sector, and is interested in collaboration in the field of nuclear energy, as stated by Chen Ming, the Charge d'Affaires of the Chinese Embassy in  Armenia, during a conversation with journalists on November 12 at the international conference "Modernization of China: Armenian-Chinese Relations", while responding to a question about whether Yerevan and Beijing are discussing China's assistance to Armenia in the construction of a new Nuclear Power Plant.

ArmInfo. Artificial barriers cannot be created for citizens who have planned to import electric vehicles several months in advance. This was stated on June 12 in the National Assembly of Armenia during discussions on the  draft state budget for 2025 by Arsen Torosyan, a member of the National Assembly from the ruling Civil Contract faction. 

ArmInfo. In 2025, the share of the state budget deficit of Armenia in the country's GDP will be 5.5%. Starting in 2025, duty-free import may be applicable to cars with an electric engine  that were manufactured after December 31, 2022.  As reported by the press service of the State Revenue Committee (SRC) of Armenia, there is currently a project under discussion regarding the allocation of  quotas for the import of  the import of electric vehicles classified under code 8703 80 000 2 of the EAEU TN VED at a 0% duty rate for 2025.

ArmInfo.Armenia has sent proposals to Russia for a second time regarding changes to the  provisions of the interstate agreement in the field of mass telecommunications. This was stated by Mkhitar Hayrapetyan, the Minister of High-Tech Industry of Armenia, during a conversation with journalists on November 11th.  In this context, he noted that the proposals were sent a month earlier.

ArmInfo. The Ministry of High-Tech Industry (MHI) of Armenia is initiating new assistance  programs in the form of tax preferences for organizations and individual entrepreneurs operating in the ICT sector.

ArmInfo. As of October 31, 2024, the consolidated budget of the Republic of Armenia received 1  trillion 970.1 billion drams in tax revenues, which is 75.4% of the program indicator for the year in the amount of 2 trillion 613.6 billion (24.9% of GDP).

At its  session on November 11, the RA National Assembly Committee on State and Legal Affairs issued a positive conclusion on the amendments to the law "On remuneration of persons holding state and civil service  positions" submitted by the country's government.
