ArmInfo. The gross fixed asset formation indicator in Armenia stood at 15.8% in 2018, and will reach 21.3% by the end of 2024. This was stated by Minister of  Economy Gevorg Papoyan during a press conference on February 6.

ArmInfo. Armenia's communications sector growth slowed slightly in 2025, from 2.8% to 2.7%, generating revenue of 171.5 billion drams. According to the RA Statistics Committee, in December 2025 alone, the communications sector demonstrated 8.5% growth, generating revenue of 15.7 billion drams.

ArmInfo. In 2025, Armenia generated 10,010.3 million kWh of electricity, up 6.7% from the previous year. According to the Statistical Committee of the Republic of Armenia, electricity generation increased by 19.4% in December alone, reaching 1,008.5 million kWh.

ArmInfo. Armenia's metallurgical industry is projected to slow in growth from 1% to a stagnant 0.2% in 2025, maintaining the same average production  volumes as in 2024.

Meanwhile, foreign trade contracted at a  double-digit rate, compared to strong growth a year ago. According to  the final data from the RA Statistics Committee, the main growth  drivers were the construction and services sectors, with slightly  moderate contributions from the energy, agricultural, and industrial  sectors.

Furthermore, the ministry promises to  distribute bank cards to pensioners with limited mobility.
