ArmInfo. The Government of Armenia extends the temporary ban on the movement of a number of goods from the Republic of Armenia to the member states of the Eurasian Economic  Union and on their export to third countries. The decision was made by the Cabinet of Ministers on July 3 at a regular meeting.

ArmInfo.  Over the past 7 days, 62 trucks loaded with Armenian brandy have crossed the customs border of Russia. This was reported on his Facebook page by Armenian Economy Minister Gevorg Papoyan.

ArmInfo.  Armenia will establish a tariff quota on certain types of goods of Iranian origin imported from the Islamic Republic of Iran to the territory of the Republic of Armenia during 2025. The decision was made by the Cabinet of Ministers on July 3 at a regular meeting. 

ArmInfo.Almost all infrastructure companies, except for Electric Networks of Armenia CJSC, have raised their prices for services in the last 8-9 years.  This was stated in a video address by Narek Karapetyan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ENA CJSC.

ArmInfo.On July 2, the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports (MECS) of the Republic of Armenia, Zhanna Andreasyan, received a delegation led by the Head of the Department of the European Investment Bank, Matteo Rivellini. According to the press service of the MECS, the meeting was also  attended by Deputy Minister Araksya Svajyan and Head of the EIB South Caucasus Regional Office Maciej Czura.

ArmInfo.  Armenia will extend the ban on ferrous metal exports.  During an extraordinary session on July 2, the National Assembly of  Armenia introduced amendments to the law "On State Duty" in the first reading.

Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia Hovhannes Khachatryan announced this from the rostrum of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia. 

ArmInfo. The traceability of goods marked with control marks or QR codes will be strengthened in Armenia. The National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia adopted amendments to the Tax Code of the Republic of Armenia in the first reading at an extraordinary session on July 2.

ArmInfo. Vagharshapat and Khoy communities of Armavir region will be united. The National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, at an extraordinary session of the National Assembly on July 2, introduced amendments to the law "On  administrative-territorial division" in the first reading.

ArmInfo.  With 64 votes "for" and 30 "against", the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia approved in the first reading at an extraordinary session on July 2 the draft amendments to the laws "On the Public Services Regulatory  Authority" and "On Energy" proposed by the ruling Civil Contract faction, which lay the foundation for the nationalization of Electric Networks of Armenia CJSC.
