International Youth Day: AraratBank Ensures Participation of 260 Young People in Tent Camp

Over 99.9% of wheat imported to Armenia comes from Russia

ArmInfo.In 2024, Armenia imported 316,000 tons of wheat, which is 8.1% lower than the same period last year.  99.9% of the wheat was imported from the Russian  Federation, with the remaining volume coming from Belarus and  Slovakia. The customs value of imported wheat for the reporting year  decreased by 3.3% - to $ 60.7 million, according to data from the  Customs Service of the Republic of Armenia.

Armenia`s sugar imports 41.6% up

Aluminum foil exports from Armenia decreased by 20% in 2024

ArmInfo. In 2024, Armenia saw a slight increase  in its natural gas imports, rising by 0.1% to 2,728,077.4 cubic meters, with a  0.5%  increase in customs value to  472.3 million. To  According to data from of the RA Customs Service,  traditionally, the majority of  (83.8%) of natural gas was supplied  to Armenia from Russia.  Specifically, during the reported period,  2,288,457 cubic meters of natural gas were imported from the Russian  Federation, showing a  3.1% annual volume decrease and a 2.8% decline  in customs value to $397.8 million. The remaining 439,620 cubic  meters  was supplied from Iran, with an annual growth of 20.5%. At  the same time, the customs value increased by 22.5% to $30.4 million.

Tourisms visiting Armenia set record in May-July 2025
