ArmInfo.Fab Lab digital production laboratory opened at the Gyumri branch of the State  Academy of Arts of Armenia. The initiative was launched as part of the AGBU Armenia "Katapult" Creative Acceleration Program, supported by the European Union in Armenia and in partnership with the "Fab Lab  Armenia"  Educational Foundation and the Strategic Development Agency (SDA) NGO.

ArmInfo. Nowadays, fraudsters use various methods to deceive people online, with social media being one of the most common platforms for their scams. Fake ads are most often spread through Facebook or Instagram, but you may also come across them on Telegram or WhatsApp.

ArmInfo.  The Government of Armenia will provide subsidies to airlines that operate routes to new destinations that were previously not served. The program to support the development of air passenger transportation in the Republic of Armenia, the procedure for receiving financial assistance and the requirements for airlines participating in the program, were approved at a government meeting on April 23. The beneficiaries of the program can be air carriers that are based in Armenian airports, operating flights at least once a week (including those cancelled due to force majeure), operating at least one regular flight to Gyumri, and  possessing a minimum of two aircraft, either owned or leased. 

ArmInfo. During  a regular meeting on April 23, , the Government of Armenia approved the Strategy for  the Implementation of Gender Policy for 2025-2028 and an accompanying action plan. According to the latest census data, women make up 52.8% of the population in Armenia.

ArmInfo. On April 23, the Government of Armenia approved the signing of the second agreement on amendments to the financing agreement between the Republic of Armenia  and KfW in the amount of 5,339,139.38 euros for the , signed on December 18, 2017 and amended by the amendment agreement of February 6, 2018.

ArmInfo.  209 million drams will be allocated from the state treasury of Armenia to ensure the continuity of the measure to stimulate the economic activity of citizens with problem loans for April and May 2025. The decision was made by the Cabinet of Ministers on April 23 at a regular meeting. Currently, 3,594 people out of 9,630 applications have been recognized as  beneficiaries of the program.

ArmInfo.  On April 23, the Government of Armenia approved the draft decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia on the approval of the Agreement on the procedure for affixing customs seals and stamps of customs authorities on transport (shipment) and commercial documents by the customs authorities of the member states of the Commonwealth of  Independent States.

ArmInfo. Beijing and Yerevan will soon sign an agreement in the field of transport. This was stated in an interview with Turkie Gazetsi by the Charge d'Affaires of the People's Republic of China in the Republic of Armenia Chen Ming.

ArmInfo.   Within the framework of the 81st session of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP) Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia Robert Abisoghomonyan participated and delivered  remarks at the discussion entitled "Special Body on Least Developed,  Landlocked Developing and Small Island Developing States".  As reported by the Armenian MFA, in his remarks, the Deputy Foreign Minister commended the support of UNESCAP in addressing the complex challenges faced by Landlocked Developing Countries (LLDCs).

ArmInfo. The National Assembly of Armenia, at an extraordinary session on April 22, in the second  and final reading, introduced amendments to the Tax Code of the Republic of Armenia concerning the postponement of the deadlines for individuals to submit their income declarations. Representatives of the opposition faction "Armenia" abstained from voting in support of the submitted document. 

ArmInfo.  The State Revenue Committee (SRC) of Armenia has uncovered the fact of counterfeit alcoholic beverage production on the territory of a previously operating liquor and vodka production facility in the city of Abovyan in the Kotayk region.

ArmInfo.  The legislative initiative of the member of the ruling faction of the National Assembly "Civil Contract", deputy head of the parliamentary committee on economic issues Babken Tunyan, which envisages postponing the deadline for filing tax returns on April 22, received a positive conclusion from the committee of the same name. The document, with some amendments, was included in the agenda of the plenary session of the National Assembly.
